These terms govern use of beaconbiomed.com, operated by Beacon Biomed LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Beacon BioMed. Full Terms of Sale will be provided and must be accepted when practitioner accounts open.
Who may buy
Accounts are only for licensed U.S. healthcare practitioners, and for practices they own or direct, after we verify NPI, state license, and practice details. Applicants must be 21 or older. We may decline, suspend, or close any account.
What we are and are not
Beacon BioMed is a distributor. We do not manufacture, compound, or dispense products, and we are not a pharmacy, 503A compounding pharmacy, or 503B outsourcing facility. We give no medical, clinical, dosing, or regulatory advice. See Disclosures.
Use of products
Products are for qualified practitioners in a professional setting, not for personal or consumer use, and not for resale or transfer to patients, consumers, or unverified persons. You are responsible for complying with applicable law and professional standards, and you agree not to make safety, efficacy, disease, or treatment claims about products.
